After my weigh-in:

"You lost 0.5 lb (0.4 %) since you last weighed in on Wednesday 07 Aug 13.
At that rate it will take you about 7 months to get to your goal weight."

7 months!!!!! Ahhhhhhhh!!!! Time to step it up!!!!
