Hey hey, good luck on the fast. You’re brave doing it on a (long) weekend! How I do OMAD - I fast for 23 hours (water and bulletproof coffee only) and only eat in a 1 hour window. I eat between 1200 to 1500 calories in that window. Hope this helps somewhat🤓

Thanks maybepalesa. I want to eat between 12:00 and 13:00 every day. That's not too far after waking and not too far from bedtime. Somewhere in the middle I suppose. I really appreciate your advice.
