Sure darling :) I bought a can of tuna in spring water. It is usually two servings 70calories each. Mix together:
Can of tuna - pulled with fork,
12 green olives -chopped,
2eggs
Salt, pepper.
Spray pan with oil (or slide butted around as I did, same caliories, just a touch). I used tablespoon to place mini-pancakes. The whole thing yields 330cal

Hope you will enjoy it. Just make sure to drain tuna so the mixture is moist but not soggy.
