Home made Salmon and vege cakes ala fishcakes with roasted vege. Where they tasty? Yes! Would i cook them again same way? No!

Ruuds they are, but the texture of them is quite bad. The recipe I choose was a healthy one and low cal, also I didn't have a bread crumbs and decided to bake them instead pan-fry. It's came like light baked made of salon and sweet potato paste cakes 🤣🤣🤣

I know what you mean, I made some from salmon and peas from a recipe. Was ok but without the potato nit as good 🤔

So it sounds great! If you use a good nonstick pan, fry them at a medium-high heat both sides for around 4 minutes each or until they're certainly done. I love fishcakes!

Yes Sammy you are right 👉 but what I meant the way recipe says to make a mix for it is a bit bad. You have to mash everything till the smooth paste and then make a patties. I didn't like the texture of the cakes the rest is nice.
