Feeling good! Am able to follow Atkins induction very well - I actually find it easy this time around. Must have more motivation. My official weigh-in is tomorrow, because that's 1 week. Hopefully I'll be down that other .2 and have a true 7 pound weight loss. If not, that's okay.
I'd like to see 5 more pounds next week. I also feel like adding in some walking while I'm still home. I need to do as much as I can to get in good habits before I go back to work. I'm feeling very sad about going back to work and leaving Stella. Hopefully I can deal with those feelings so I can be successful and not sabotage my efforts.
