Weekends are always tough for me. It seems like there's always something going on that I can't avoid. Last month I went to 3 weddings, so there were also rehearsal dinners, bachelorette parties and showers in previous months. Yesterday I had a bridal shower and I can never pass up dessert. I'm starting to not feel so guilty about indulging, especially when I eat really well all week. After I fall down, I'm picking myself back up again and starting again. No more beating myself up over a few too many cookies eaten.
