Hey, yes you are right, russians don't do roast dinners 😁 but I'm russsian living in England. So I like roast dinner and I do it my way, not English way😁

484 cal and its because I used chicken tight with skin, if you change it to the skinless chicken breast I bet it will be 100 calories less.
