I am embarking on a 24 hour fast. only liquids allowed. my last meal was at 16:40 and I will attempt to eat again only at 17:00 tomorrow. my liquids are water mostly, fruit juice, coffee, rooibos tea and 500 ml of coke zero. any advice would be helpful. this is the first time in 3 years that I am attempting a fast. not gonna push beyond 24 hours yet. don't want to shock my body too much. if you don't have advice, please just wish me luck. I could really use some sideline cheering to not give up.

All the best with your fast...I have done fasts from 24-72hours.sometimes you might get headaches - so add some pink salt to your water. Just keep hydrated - you can do it!

I succeeded, but by the last two hours I started feeling sick. But I stuck through and I made it all the way to 17:00 lost 1.5 kg. Thanks for all you guys support. It means the world to me.

Good luck lovelolita. It wasn't easy near the end, but it was worth it. Having such a good number down on the scale is so rewarding.

Phatsue i fast 24hrs everyday omad it really helps little advice just leave the fruit juice coz it contains alot of sugar carbs.. well done its a great loss

I'm going to give myself one more week before starting OMAD. Maybe yesterday was just kind of to prepare my body for what's coming. I don't think I am ready yet but after yesterday I am able to already cut one meal from my diet. Didn't have lunch today.

Eat atleast 1200cal and 70gr carbs omad works

Well done phatsue! Fasting can super difficult and you nailed a 24hr! It's a great way to teach our bodies about real hunger VS head hunger. You're doing great ❤️
