Work/life has been crazy since August. Unfortunately I let the stress of it all keep me off my game. I am back to find the guidence I had from my FS Buddies over a year ago to keep me motivated to regain my strength and motivation. Still hate looking back at my chart to see how all the progress made in 2009, and see where I am now the end of 2010. But I can't let that stop me or I will never get back on track. Here is to finishing up 2010 with a bang!!!!!
