My husband and I went on a trip to NYC this past weekend (our first vacation w/o kids since our oldest was born 10 yrs. ago!). We ate well, but managed to even lose a bit -- the walking all over the place helped a lot, and though we ate rich food at times, we didn't eat huge portions.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
