Hey guys! I’ve lost 10.5 pounds in a month! Ah I’m so excited! This is working and I’ve been working so hard for it. Yay!
79.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
