It's been two weeks now that I've been on this diet. I'm starting to get used to the routine but it's still difficult at night when I want something sweet. I haven't strayed at all and I find if I wait an hour the craving goes away. It's an hour of hell though. :)
It's been worth it as I've lost about 13 lbs so far.

That’s great!
I’ve been drinking hot lemon tea with Truvia sweetener so I stay at zero calories when I get similar cravings at night. It does help.

Green or herbal tea with a packet of Trivia and a teaspoon of honey; cuts my craving and helps me sleep. You're doing great, keep it up! 🌈

To ease my sweet tooth I generally have a cup of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries) with rediwhip on top. Sometimes I add a little chocolate syrup all for about 125 calories.

I am in the same boat! I started 5/25, so this is all new(and in fact my first comment on a post)- I am sticking to it, and I have lost 15.4 lbs, but I get that same craving at night and it is difficult to fight. I end up going to bed, so I won't indulge. No fun.

Me too! Not sweets but just some kind of snack before bed. I have been trying to save about 300 calories so I can go wild and crazy with it.

Try some chocolate covered banana. I used unsweetened dark chocolate. I don't know if that's still healthy or not but it's not much calories and sugar free but still sweet.

A tablespoon of peanut or almond butter helps and holds me over. But if I don’t want to eat, sometimes I brush my teeth because nothing will taste good after that.

a bit of Halo Top ice cream helps me. just a bit though 😁 or just a bite or two of meal replacement bar. i also just discovered Six Star Gourmet Vanilla protein shake, for me it’s too sweet to drink-i’m going to put it in an ice cream maker & see how that turns out

I recommend greek yogurt, at least for me, it helps with sugar cravings, a container of Noosa Greek yogurt has under 300 calories, all I need is a couple spoons
