awe ok no nuts or atkins bars for a few day, still have not bought the new atkin 4 life book, i will to add more veggies.

still turning keto stick purple, im calming down and teying for another 30 days to see what will happen

You have to learn how to be your own best detective! Print off a copy of the Acceptable Induction Foods list...and then go back through your food journal and play I spy! ...cause I spy a lot of things you should not be eating in induction! (you may have to give up the atkins bars and the fudge bars all together)....good luck! You were doing really quite well - you just have to find the weak areas and get them out of your carb intake. You can do this...don't give up!
