Yesterday wasn't the best. I did well for the first part of the day, but then I went out to dinner and a restaurant known for its burgers.....so I got one. Ugh, I definitely know what my weakness is! I have such a hard time picking out things I know I should be eating when I'm out to eat. I just want something that will be good that I don't often make at home. Today I have done really well though, I'm trying to make up for it! Hopefully I can keep things going in the right direction. Have a good weekend everyone
