Not really feeling real good today. I woke up at 5am, had a glass of chocolate milk, took my daughter to work and went back to bed after I got home. I slept until a little after 10am and really have not had anything to eat. I did take my son to DQ this afternoon and I got a small hot fudge sundae. Which is better then what I usually get, which is a large. So I am trying to watch my portions, but I really need to get in the habit of making sure I eat a healthy protein packed breakfast every morning. I haven't eaten a good breakfast in a while so I believe that's why I'm feeling sluggish a lot. I don't have any energy.
