Liat ig salah satu orang yg menurutku ga ngoyo bgt soal nurunin BB. Kata dia “make a small goal each week that achievable for you”. Bener juga sih, kadang suka bikin goals yg “mengerikan” sampe akhirnya putus di tengah jalan 🤣. Jadi setelah 2,5bulan cma guling2 d kasur sama duduk terus.. untuk minggu ini, goals aku workout 4x seminggu. Durasi terserah, jenis terserah. Yg penting enjoy ngejalaninnya.. hehe.. 😌. So whats ur goals for this week guys? Semangat ya 🤪
