Oh well, yo-yo'd back into the yellow on my weight history today. I knew it was too good to be true when I had a 2lb weight loss overnight, but the good news is I only went back 1.5lb. So overall I'm down .5lb :-) Gotta stay positive!! 2 more days until vacation!!

Right! Keep on keeping on! I didn't gain it overnight and I'm not gonna loose it overnight either. Sometimes, I find myself with unrealistic expectations though.
