I am surprised by the drop. 253.8 to 252.8. I felt a lit of guilt about eating yesterday. I felt like I was going to ruin my progress. Back in 2013, I learned that when I keep my blood glucose under 100 all day, I lose 1 pound per day. But I didn't trust that it would remain true. I figured I would bloat or something from the water fast. I also only slept 5 hours. I am sure that if I got my whole 8 hours I would have dropped more. I am going to push myself to see if I can get to 250 on June 1st.
