make sure you can see every tiny line on the scale,,,,,,,
mine are WAY too small.
sigh. I can't tell if I've lost another lb or not.
so I'm on like day five now,,,,,,,I feel better,,,,,not quite as tired and dizzy today,,,,,,YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
