Keep it high on protein 20%, fat 20%, carb 60%. Don’t restrict yourself to some foods else it won’t be sustainable. Eat everything but in proportion. Exercise everyday and create a calorie deficit in your diet. Include as much as fibre as you can in your diet. Salads twice a week with chicken or egg. Lentils twice a week like dal, sprouts, chole whatever u like. Roti sabji 1 day if you like. Rice khichadi one day if you like. And some delicious cheat food 1 day. Just don’t overdo and keep tabs on your food portions
