Had a takeaway for dinner tonight. Counted it as a cheat meal, however I deeply regret it. Going to take my dog a nice long walk soon, and back to normal tomorrow 💪 who knows, maybe once a month a cheat day isn't soo bad x

I done exact same tonight an plan to get up early and hit the crostrainer before breakfast...ur not alone but we can switch it back around and not let it derail us...everyone needs a night off now and again ❤️
