So, I am starting over again, and I hope to at least have myself in a good routine.. I have found that some of the meds I am on has actually kept me from loosing weight.. I am working on getting off at least one of the meds soon, and that should start my way of reaching my goal.. I also am an Avon Rep, and I started delivering books around my neighborhood on my bike.. my scale is broken, so I don't have that to go by right now. but I do have my clothing.. and I have gone from an XL shirt to an L so far.. I am very happy, but not where I want to be.
