I am currently down five pounds. I went down to 1500 calories per day. I have also been ensuring I burn at least 2000 calories per day if not more.
I’m learning that dieting isn’t just plates of veggies and fat free foods.
It’s also bbq steak or pork. It’s also a burger, stir fry, and other exciting and delicious foods. Its exciting and fun and honestly easy.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
