i dont understand it, been doing this 20 days and nothing, the scale doesnt go down, well it mocked me one day and went down then jumpped wear it started, measured a half inch more than last week, entering carefuly what i am eatting, staying way under 20 net carbs, and the keto stick turns purple every day, i think it and the scale hate me... i just give up

I can't eat atkins bars at all as I put on with them! I also count carbs instead of net carbs and do a clean induction without nuts ect! Feel free to go down my food lists! Please don't give up as this really does work when done the right way!

I was looking through your food journals and you should be getting 12-15 net carbs a day from veggies. And there are no nuts allowed on induction. Maybe try to limit your Atkins bars too. These make a lot of people stall their weight loss. Try and be consistent with your calories, 1400-1700 a day. Have you tried to follow the 2 week induction menu from the book? Hope this helps. Don't give up, this really works when followed properly.

Thanks, i have an older atkins book, i have seen that 12-15 carbs.from veggies, wasnt sure what it was. i need the new book. i soooo hate to give up peanuts, but i will,,,, the atkins bars arent such a biggie to give up , thanks for the in put!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just dont understand why the keto stick is turning when nothing seems to happening
