Today was a good day as far as keeping steady...I'm not sure if I'm following the South Beach diet correctly for the first week...I just know that I'm counting carbs and trying to eat my veggies...I probably need to drink more water also...I'm heading to the gym now and I feel relatively good...Don't feel really hungry and I don't feel any cravings...I have a slight headache, but I'm in good spirits :)
