awe today is measurement day and weight myself day !!!!

i dont think i look like i have lost anything yet ;(

clothes fit.. idk seem same

i do turn the keto stick purple everyday... so shows i am doing something

i just thought in 20 days ill see more of a difference, well it took me more than 20 days to put this weight on, so i guess take just as long to lose it
