Day two of lower carb. I've been doing a lot of digging around here, and I see a ton of people who seem to eat 800 calories a day or less. I'd chew my arm off. How do they do it? Admirable,,,,,,but it would never work for me. However, my RDI says 2200 calories,,,,,that seems like a LOT to me,,,,,,,,nevertheless,,,,,,I managed to cram in 1900 yesterday.
The grandbabies are coming today for 2 nights,,,,,,,I think I'll take them swimming. I've joined the swim once a week challenge,,,,,so that should be a fun thing to do today or tomorrow.
