烤蔬菜很快手。今天烤的蔬菜是青椒和苦瓜,加盐黑胡椒,一点点油,200度10分钟,取出烤盘把腌好的鸡胸肉叠放在蔬菜上,继续烤10分钟,盛出蔬菜和鸡胸后烤盘上的锡纸直接卷起丢掉。快手午餐,中午继续吃大馒头。
