Remember the scale is not an accurate measure of your progress. You may have lost weight but gained muscle, or your body may be retaining water, etc. There’s a lot that may be happening in your body that could be the reason for ‘weight gain’. Don’t stress yourself out about it, our bodies are always hard at work - just remember that and keep going 💞

What I found to be helpful ofcos ! Is too download the track your cycle app (that’s if you female ofcos) from that avoid weighting yourself during your hormonal period like your ovulation period, PMS and menstruation. Weigh yourself when there is no hormonal activity in your body.
