Whoo-hoo! After ten days, I'm down 4 pounds and have lost 1.5" from my waist! I'm a happy camper. :) And I haven't been getting the amount of exercise I *should* be getting, due mostly to the weather. I love this plan.

What would you say are the most important changes that you have made for such great weight loss? Good for you. I'm disciplined, but the scale refuses to budge. Any help would be appreciated!!
