또 500그램 감소
몇달간 꿈쩍도 안하던 체중이 하루하루 조금씩 빠지고 있다...
간헐적단식 덕분이 아닌가 싶다...
확실히 칼로리섭취도 줄어들고...
기분좋고 감사하다.오늘만 출근하면 내일은 쉰다...
