The day just started. I had an apple and coffee for breakfast. I feel fat as a result of what I ate yesterday. I would like today to be a 'light' day but I'm attending a birthday party tonight and I am afraid pizza and alcohol will kill my plans ! I ll try to eat very light for lunch and to go exercise in the afternoon so that I won't feel too bad after my heavy dinner...
