早上忙的要死,饿的不行买了一根55g火腿肠吃
今天的饮食:三个鸡蛋白,牛奶480ml,紫薯540g,饭团3个,每个270g左右,蛋白粉40g,香蕉1个
饭团里有生菜、西红柿、紫薯、酸黄瓜、金枪鱼、牛肉饼
