Bahan:
100 gr Jamur tiram
100 gr tahu
1 putih telur
Garam sec,totole sec
Bumbu halus:(Blender)
2 baput
2 bawang merah
1 kemiri
2 cabe besar, 5 cabe rawit
Cara masak:
1.tumis bumbu halus
2.masukkan jamur dan tahu,aduk2
3.tmbhkn air(sesuai keiginan),
Tunggu mendidih,koreksi rasa
4.trakhir tmbahkn putih telur
5.siap disantap
