Skipped the weight training today as I am TIRED. I did my cycling bit (while watching a marathon session of Mad Men on AMC) and did ok, but boy, I need a day off. Thankfully it's my day 'off' tomorrow and I'll be off to the noodle house at lunch for a carton of Pad Thai - that's my Friday cheat meal! Then it's back to the program...
