I thought I totally bombed my plan today with my chai latte. Turns out, it's not that bad in the world of lattes! Whew, dodged that one. However, it's a good lesson in that I shouldn't actively try to sabotage my diet. From now on, it's not going into my body unless I know the points value beforehand.
I am pretty hungry right now. I decided to wait until I get home from work to have dinner, which is a lovely paella. Really worth the wait! I just had some steamed veggies to tide me over; I hope it does.
