I walked for an hour today. I weighed in at 235. I'm going to try to pump up the cardio the next few days. I hope to weigh in at 232 by friday.

awesome! and good way to think of it, amp up your exersise from week to week, maybe eventually work your way up to a slow jog for part of your walk!
