I have really dumped my diet. I can't even explain why. Lot of pressure for all sides. I've started dating again after 10 years of being alone. It seems like everything we do involves going out to eat. He has lost 40 pounds by walking everyday and I have gained a bunch. I went to the Dr. yesterday and I'm getting back on track. Wish me luck everyone.
