Back down to under 200, (199.2) after having gone up to 203 and having a long, ravenous weekend of drinking and eating pretty much everything I wanted. Going to do yard work today, and go for a walk later tonight. TOM came and went, not too bad as far as pain and kind of short. Irregular schedule and temperament. Going to try bike riding for the first time in over a month.
