So this is the results after a heavily indulged weekend. I'm sure everyone is tired of me complaining about my weight gain and how I'm starting over again. Heck I'm even over it.
The sad part is how terrible I feel. Not just being overweight but the side effects of it: being lazy, being moody, digestive struggles, heartburn, random pains in my back and chest.
This isn't fun anymore how can moments of happy eating lead to such extreme sadness. I have been on a rollercoaster of emotions the past 3 months. I'm just over it.
I want to be the happy, carefree person I used to be. And I know that I'm the only person standing in the way of myself. I have set up goals and I am going to achieve them. 🤩🎉
