배달보쌈은 역시 증량이다.
저녁-떡볶이,튀김,주먹밥
간식으로 각종과자먹으며 폭주.
탄수는 탄수를 부르고 그끝은 폭식이다. 😱
50.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
