Its been a rough week since my last journal. Our sewer backed up, our roof is leaking, its been rainy and windy outside, my kid is struggling with online school - and it was all just too much.
So Ive been weighing myself but not posting it (today I actually didnt w/i), but Ive taken a step back just to get myself in a better place. I havent been moving much, but I did go for a nice walk last night, and Ive been a bit more mindful with what Ive been eating lately. Ive been painting too - which Ive always been kinda sporadic about. I got out my useless planner and wrote down my plan to tackle the house issues and things are happening there.
I dont know that Im "back on track" yet, but Im in a better place and Im looking forward to making better choices and seeing some progress.
