It's Monday the 15th of July, 2013. So, I have begun my diet and my exersize challenges. I have stuck to the diet so far...one would think at 5:00 P.M. that it's premature to claim any assiliation of success. Not so! I am elated that I have NOT given in to temptation. I just can't stress enough how badly I have been eating over the past few mos since I lost my job and with the weight I have gained, any small progress is appreciated and cause for celebration! Hooray...life is good. Not using today as one of my 4 days a week for the "Walk The Dog" challenge. Sammie went to the groomer today, got a hair cut, wash, trimmed nails, etc. It always takes so much out of him. He is laying curled in a blanket and driting off into a is drifting off to sleep. I am exhausted myself. Jack and I ran errands while Sam was getting the treatment. Feeling Hopeful.
