I am definitely on a stall. Or, it may be 'that time.' I am off schedule on both weight loss and my routine. I hope that because I gained so fast that I'll lose it fast. I was hoping to be under 170 by October first.
I've had the flu and have been taking cold medicine. That may have an effect. I've been drinking lots of water and tea, hoping that I'll continue to lose weight.
At least I am not as discouraged as I was a few months ago. I have gone through stalls, then lost a lot of weight when I came out of them. I have also gone through stalls and lost inches while in the stall. The most important thing is to keep a positive outlook and not give up.
