ok, so not sure if this is good or not BUT i measured myself today ... i lost a half an inch, doesnt seem like much, but in a week has to be good!!! if i can lost half a week means 2 inches a month !!

HI there...those half inches and inches add up!!! I choose not to weigh myself, mostly because the numbers make me nuts but I do measure once a month. Since I started just over 3 months ago Ive lost a total of like 44 inches all over---more than 5 inches each off waist/hips. Also dont worry about getting too much fat. All I do is make sure I dont go over the 20 grams net carbs each day--sometimes calories are higher than RDI says, sometimes not but Im not really worried about anything but net carbs. I love the diet too, just need to get more creative with my cooking! Good luck, you got this :-)
