Haven't been on here in a while. I have been using another app to record my food, but I keep coming back here because overall I like many things about this site better. Only thing I don't like - inability to record 5-6 meals. I think of my meals in terms of numbers, not breakfast, lunch & dinner. Does anyone know if this is customizable?
I've officially reached my initial goal - down 110 pounds total. I do plan to lose a few more to get down to 15% bodyfat (I'm about 19% now).
