Today I'm just noticing how i set myself up for disappointment. I had some loss and could be thrilled. However, I went to comparing last week with my best weight loss week. Some weeks are better than others, sometimes I do better and sometimes I don't. Each week takes dedication to the long range goal which could take another year or longer if I am honest about it. So for today I am appreciating being in the process and consciously letting self-sabotaging comparisons go.
