Jd tuh gmn sih diet yg bener? Gak boleh makan dibawah bmi? Tp gak boleh diatas tdee? Sumpah gue diet uda 5 hari, mkn dibawah 1000kal (clean food) sampe kelaperan. Uda pake chloe ting 5 hari juga + skipping 10 menit padahal. Tidur jg cukup. Bingung deh.

Iy kak mesti hitung dlu angka BMR dan TDEE nya brp. Nah jd asupan kalori perhari itu makannya d antara BMR dan TDEE. Yaiyalah kakak lemes, makannya d bawah BMR, apalg klo lg puasa haduh😢😢

Waspada lah klo mkn terus di bawah bmr, badan jadi lemes, pandangan tiba2 gelap serasa pengen jatoh, dan efek lain nya ^^
