Right... so yous lot are gunna think I’m absolutely bonkers 😖 but I have been craving a pizza all day to the point I nearly caved in 😭

However... I compromised!!!

Funny you should said that Gilly - I attempted a cauliflower - base pizza last night and it looked amazing but when it came to eating it, I was gutted. It was awful. I had 2 bites and said nope can’t do it. I did the exact same and just scraped the toppings off and ate that 😂 The cauli was stuck together with Parmesan and an egg so by not eating that I cut out a good couple hundred calories 😂 pizza will always be a guilty pleasure.. every time I see a big cheesy American one on social media I just drool 😭xx

I’ve not seen it properly but I have seen clips 🤤 and you are soooo true. The only reason I’m not caving in tonight is that over the next couple days it’ll be that time of the month and my food craving goes wacky for a couple of days. I’d rather stay strong to the diet tonight in order to allow the hormonal monster to eat what she wants for a couple days next week 😂👹

My go to for a low carb “pizza” is coconut flour and ground almond tortilla wraps, easy to make, then chuck on some toppings and it’s done.

Chubby grommet - ohhh I need to try that! I actually have coconut flour because there was no other type of flour available to buy 😂. I’ll need to look for ground almond I’ve not heard of that. Thanks for the tip! ☺️

No problem, I use the keto tortilla recipe from the YouTube channel the keto village, I mix by hand instead of using a blender and just use a rolling pin/ glass to roll them out. Ground almonds are usually in the baking section beside the dried fruits.
