If you get back to logging all your foods, every day, every meal, it might be a bit easier to discover the culprit that's keeping the cravings alive. Logging seems like such a bother, but it's really a huge help when situations like this come up. When I read your journal entries, I was also thinking that perhaps the Atkins bars, with their sugar alcohols, are giving you just enough sweetness to keep those cravings alive. Just some "food" for thought - LOL!

Hi! You can do this even if family doesn't understand. My husbands first comment was what's this going to do to my diet!! Lol I would look for the craving culpret too. And the bars always caused me to stall or gain

Yes, looking back on your journal from the other day when I commented. I think the bars may be it. And of course the artificial sweetners in anything does it for me. Stay away! Sweet causes me to crave sweet no matter if artificial or the dreaded SUGAR! I know I can't touch the stuff until I'm in control of my weight. It is extremely addictive to some of us and others that don't have the problem will not understand what it does to us.
